| Welcome to Monti Trentini, in the Dolomites, declared a world heritage site by UNESCO on 26th June 2009. We have been working in this unique and extraordinary mountain scenario for generations, since 1925. The Lagorai mountain chain with its alpine landscapes and numerous valleys, woods, streams and meadows for the cows protects our valley, the Valsugana valley. The Marcesina plateau dominates the opposite side, a vast area of pastureland surrounded by conifer forests and numerous mountain farmsteads for summer grazing, an area that goes beyond the Trentino region and reaches the Asiago plateau. The Dolomites are amongst the most well-known mountains in the world for their beautiful landscape and the Dolomite rock that turns a pink-purple colour at sunrise and sunset. They stretch across the north-eastern Italian regions of Trentino Alto-Adige, Veneto and Friuli- Venezia-Giulia. |
