MONTI TRENTINI boasts a long history on the Asiago plateau, a long-established experience that the dairy puts to good use in the production of different ASIAGO DOP versions, from the pleasant-tasting fresh one to the older, matured Asiago, with its stronger, more intense taste.
ASIAGO DOP is made with whole milk from the mountains and valleys of Trentino and Veneto. Monti Trentini proposes the following versions:
• ASIAGO PRESSATO, matured for a minimum of 20 days: excellent cheese for eating, mild and pleasant-tasting on the palate.
• ASIAGO d’ALLEVO or STAGIONATO, matured for a minimum of 60 days, pleasant and tasty.
• ASIAGO VECCHIO, matured for more than 10 months, with a decisive character, stronger and tastier.
• The refined ASIAGO ANTICO MASO ROSSO and ANTICO MASO NERO with their distinctive taste.
• The exclusive ASIAGO from the FINCO DAIRY in ENEGO, pleasant-tasting and fullbodied.
