MONTI TRENTINI boasts a long history on the Asiago plateau, a long-established experience that the dairy puts to good use in the production of different ASIAGO DOP versions, from the pleasant-tasting fresh one to the older, matured Asiago, with its stronger, more intense taste.

OUR PRODUCT LINES
The transformation of milk into cheese takes place exclusively in our dairies, the same for seasoning, maturing and packaging. All operations are carried out under our direct supervision; everything is “homemade”, as is tradition.
GRANA PADANO DOP
The MONTI TRENTINI GRANA PADANO PDO, exclusively made all year round with cow’s milk, rennet and salt in the PDO area (Protected Designation of Origin). It is a light, digestible cheese that enhances all Italian dishes.

PROVOLONE VALPADANA DOP
The MONTI TRENTINO PROVOLONE VALPADANA PDO is made with best quality milk collected exclusively from the Protected Designation of Origin area. It can be savoured in its different shapes, from the mild to stronger-tasting.

MONTI TRENTINI proposes an experienced, high-quality food service for hotels, restaurants and catering services: cheeses that can be sliced and used within the food industry, cheese fillings for fresh pasta dishes and ready-made meals.
