As a company we have always invested in projects and initiatives aimed at reducing our environmental impact by making our productions more efficient, reducing our water consumption and our energy demand, it being thermal or electric.

Energy saving
and emission reduction
These systems and our attention to avoid waste have helped us over the years to be self-sufficient for 80% of our electricity need and 36% of our thermic need. They also allowed us to significantly reduce CO2 emissions into the atmosphere, avoiding the release of approximately one thousand tons of carbon dioxide per year.
Environmental protection
Every day we choose our territory, with the aim of protecting the mountains and developing a production chain, respectful of alpine landscape and economy. High quality productions support the work of hundreds of farms and promote the care of alpine pastures and woodland in favor of the entire mountain community.
