200g Monti Trentini Provolone cheese
250g Treviso Radicchio
100g smoked bacon
extravirgin olive oil
1 bunch chives
2 garlic cloves
20 minutes

In a salad bowl stir the cut radicchio with the chives and garlic slices, flavor with salt, pepper and oil; toast the smoked bacon cubes and pour them onto the salad whilst still hot with the provolone cheese cubes. A fresh and tasty dish!
(Can also be prepared with spinach and potatoes)
