The happy combination between tradition and territory.
With the milk of mountains and valleys of the Trentino and Veneto regions in North Italy we produce different kinds of Asiago PDO characterized by different aging periods: from the Asiago PDO Fresco with minimum 20 days of aging, to the Aged Asiago PDO, aged a minimum of 90 days, to the Asiago PDO Vecchio aged more than 10 months.
And then the Asiago PDO Product of the Mountain, a real specialty mountain cheese produced 600 meter above sea level.
