A typical cheese which is very popular in the Trentino and Veneto regions, made from cows milk and rennet.It is a very fresh product with an extremely dedicate taste.

It should be eaten grilled because of peculiarity, that is it does not melt.It cooks in a uniform manner forming a light crust on its surface which enhances even more its taste.Pieces of 1 - 2 kgs.
