Monti Trentini Cheese
Cheese made from cow's milk, exlusively from the Trentino region from two or more milkings, with either a natural acidity or with added enzymes, rennet and salt. The PRESSATO MONTI TRENTINI cheese is a soft, mild cheese, with the unmistakeable taste of mountain milk. It has a soft, delicate texture and has a white or pale straw-like colour.
It has distinctive, irregular holes.It is a made from high-quality, unique, full-fat milk, that has been rigourously selected from the mountain pastures of the Trentino region.To be eaten with light red table wines.Aged: min. 20 giorniWheels of 11/15 Kg.
