Le Malghe di Vezzena Cheese

Cheese made from cow's milk, rennet and selected milk enzymes. It is a very particular cheese because it is made in the summer months only with milk from the high Vezzena mountain dairies.LE MALGHE DI VEZZENA has a fragrant and delicate taste, thanks to the exclusive quality of the milk it is made from. It has a semi-hard, compact and slightly granular texture.

It is a real delicacy for cheese experts and gourmets. It is aged, on average, from 3-4 months for the medium-mature cheese and up to 24 months for the process of naturale maturing which respects the traditions of the Vezzena area cheese-makers.

To be eaten with full-bodied, aromatic red wines, which go well with the distinctive taste of this cheese.Aged: 3-4 months for the medium-mature cheese (mezzano) , up to 24 months for the mature cheese (vecchio).Wheels of 8/10 Kgs.
