Cheese made from full-fat milk, rennet, salt.It is a fresh cheese. It has a very soft texture, elastic but compact. The taste of this cheese immediately brings to mind the taste of fresh milk, which comes from the pastures of the Valsugana valley.
To be eaten with rosès or slightly sparkling white wines.Aged: minimum 15 days.Wheels of 10 Kg.
